Daddys Little Girl

by amanda   Oct 27, 2006

Sit and stare
look at a so called man
who was once looked up to
by an innocent
Daddy's little girl
is not so little now
to big now not to understand what kind of man
her daddy really is
was to small to not see
the hopeless anger that he breaths
fed upon by her mothers
everlasting flow of tears
drank on her older sister and brothers
darking fears
Daddy's little girl
is not so little now
to big now not to understand
what kind of man
her daddy really is
hidden in plain view
from you
never had assumed
but secretly deep inside
she already knew
that her dad
is a man
that could not forget
his past
so his pain & anger must last
Daddy's little girl
is not so little now
to big now not to understand
what kind of man
her daddy really is
