These are the Words; Now Just Walk Away

by Samantha lynn   Oct 31, 2006

And we were so young,
Making out in parking lots,
pretending to be oh so sure
we were oh so pure
in our make shift motives.
Please grow a sense of humor,
becuase we obviously weren't lasting more then a day.
oh so fake
and oh so forced
heated passions were all that were.
You want to believe?
fine. believe what you will.
I, on the other hand,
plan on pretending
you never existed.
Will I walk by
without a second thought or glance?
Kissing my next Prince Charming
dead on while you watch in regret?
Now, now, don't be bitter.
You knew very well
I'm not the type ot mope.
Why are you so surprised
when you're the one who started;
couldn't even pick up the phone.
Of course I was lonely.
why did you expect?
You're always off getting high
and I get left wondering where you went.
Now please,
don't make this diffcult,
We didn't fit.
There's no one to blame
for our badly lacking affection,
so do me a favor and just walk away.
