Journey's End

by Italian Stallion   Nov 1, 2006

Hiking through the woods
On such a beautiful day
Journey's end is on it's way
Not knowing what to do or say

I walk on through the woods
Not seeing a soul in sight
Though it's hard to take
I walk on through the woods

And now it's time to say
Journey's end is on it's way

I think theres a meaning here that is hidden but speaks out," though its hard to take" We sometimes get lost in the complexities of life but we "walk on" great poem 5/5 to me

Nicely done my friend. This sounds like a nice nursery rhyme, sort of like, when kids are playing with their friends, and their mom says it's time to go, but you're not quite done playing. Well, that's what this poem reminded me off. Good job!

Was this some type of form? Because you repeated some of the lines a few times. This was quite effective but some of them sounded a little off.. The imagery was better in this one. Keep up the good work. 5/5

    Oooh, I like it!

it has a very serene feel to it.. much like a walk in the woods might.

    "sole" should be "soul"

    great work!
