One little girl

by Georgia   Nov 2, 2006

While some children lay in their beds sleeping,
One little girl stays awake weeping,
she awakes with puffy eyes
from the thousands of tears she has cried
and new scars as a sign of a lost fight
she has no friends so she hides from sight
she thought she would reach the end
before finding one single friend
but one girl bothered to pick her up after a fall
and show her she wasnt alone after all

but this isn't the end of the story you see
because the little girl is me
and even though iv found that friend
the pain of laife has nearly brought me to the end
soon ill have to give up the fight
and take my final breath of life

So i throw the towel in
i give up
it wins
