CURED!! Lord, you have cured me
of my ailment!
You have given me strength to stand
up and fight back, O Holy One.
Now, my anguish is relieved, and once
again I can go about Lord, thinking
of you in your awesome power.
For who is like you, O Lord?
Who can say, "I made this place" and be truthful?
Who can boast, "Yes, those trees you like? I put
them there for you"? What mortal can dare
say they have done the work
you have created? No one is worthy
to say this Lord, because only you
can make this claim. You are the only
one worthy of this. No one can come
close to your righteousness. No one
can dare say, "I am as good as God."
Keep safe, Almighty One, those who
try follow in your ways. Keep us safe, Lord, from
the evil one. Protect us from the ever-present
danger that lies in wait for us.
Guide our paths that we may only stumble,
and not fall away from you.
Forgive us of our sins, Lord.
We are merely human and cannot be like
the One who saved us. Only Jesus may
say, "My life was perfect."
Nothing can halt your plans Lord,
No one can boast they are better
than you.
