Pixxi

Look out! Here she comes!
She's running towards you!
Her wings are a' fluttering,
You can taste her attitude.
She's jogging, now she's sprinting,
Oh, she's approaching fast,
You wonder what you could've done
To make this day your last,
The fire's blazing in her eyes
You can hear her angry shriek,
As she closes in on you,
You cower lower, ever so meek.
She pulls back one leg,
And kicks you hard in the shin,
As you look out from behind your hands
Her powers loom from within.
Beware of the Pixie,
She's crazy when she's mad,
If you do something to bug her,
She'll never let it pass.
Make a girl get hyper,
And she'll hit you with a sugar wand,
Break a good girl's heart,
Oh, she'll throw you in a pond.
Yes, beware of the Pixie,
Tread carefully around her, no stupid shows,
For one wrong word, and she'll fly onwards,
And step hard on all your toes!

*this is the beginning of a new series of poems by me, called the "Pixxi Poems"...they're about a friend of mine, a fellow poet, so enjoy!*
