If you had one question for god
what would it be?
Am I in love?
When will I die?
Are there angels above?
Why did my dad have to die?

Why did I do to deserve this?
Was it me who drove him to death?

I shouldn't have listened to them,
all they taught me was hate.

You can say you didn't do it,
but I know the truth.

It was me who ignored
his calls of pain.
It was me who called
his name in vain.

It was me who made
him kill himself in drink.
I never stopped to think
of how I would be repaid.

RIP- Dad 1953-2002
