My Happiness ~ Poem By My Lover

Finally happiness is mine,
Something so simple,
Something almost divine,
Always it is the little things,
Little things that are so fine,
That bring true happiness.

Just one sweet kiss,
From your soft lips,
Sends me into eternal bliss,
To be so close to you,
Is something I would truly miss,
Every second spent with you, is a second spent in heaven.

When I'm with you time stands still,
All my troubles and worries subside,
Finally I am able to kill,
The demons that have plagued my mind,
With one soft touch you fill,
My very soul with joy and hope.

Just being with you, lying by your side,
Brings me such sweet happiness,
A love I know my heart cannot hide,
There really is a perfect world shining in your eyes,
Everything bad in me has now died,
My dreams have become life.

I see such beauty in you,
The beauty of an angel,
Though I wish you would see it too,
You haven given me so much,
Somehow I think I always knew,
That I would end up falling for you.

Mind and body elated,
To hold you so close,
Something many times I comtemplated,
Your kiss, your touch, drives me crazy,
I do not know how long I've waited,
To find someone as incredible as you.

Being with you is my happiness.
