Turn Me Around

by Grace   Nov 9, 2006

The day I saw it,
the whiteness facing me,
instead of my own face.
I literally died,
In my plastic happy place.

You turned me around,
you took me down.
When I find your still looking,
but looking at solid ground.

My eyes cant see anything,
nothing in your heart.
Why is it that a love so strong,
can keep us so far apart?

Do see all this pain escaping me?
One by one I'm crumbling down,
I miss your voice,
God I miss that sound.

Im on my knees,
but you cant see,
for my invincible back is facing thee.
My head lowered in my hands,
shoulders shaking,
memories crammed.

Cry out so you can hear me,
Cry out so you can feel me.
Touch my heart,
though your far away,
turn my picture around,
you will find it the way it stayed,

Before the darkness blinded you,
and masked up all your thoughts,
before my smile wasn't contagious,
and we were just too much.
