Carousel of life

by Emma   Nov 11, 2006

Twist and turns, up and down
like a roller-coaster
that's where we are
on the road of life
and were always on it
we can't make the carousel stop
you can never get off
you are stuck with the good and the bad
the black and the white,
that melts into a fuzzy grey mess
there are no maps
it all ends in death
if it even ends there
maybe it ends in heaven
maybe not
where ever were going
nothing is for sure.

Sadly enough, you might not be aware but the title of your poem and alot of lines in it are alot like a Jonie Mitchell song. I'm a big fan of hers but I know she isn't a songwriter for this generation so you probably didn't know, but it still is her work. Google it and see what I mean.
