Your Body

by Emma   Nov 22, 2006

Your body is hanging
hanging from a tree
your hand is blue.
You're lying
lying in a coffin
I do not dare to come close
it's not you lying there all cold and blue
it's a shell
and you scare me so.
Your shell is lying
lying in the dirt
with a stone above your ashes.
