Bleeding on the inside

I am bleeding on the inside
more and more each day your away
Like an ulcer
no one can see the pain.
They are mistaken that
everything is ok.
I am bleeding within
no one sees the crimson.
No where for the pain to go.
No wound for the crimson to run.
So I must stay full of pain
and bleeding on the inside.
