Reality

I wrote this last year and just found it, it's amazing how much someone can change in a few months...

So far from reality my mind has taken me,
So far from my mind is reality,
My happiness is back with reality,
Once was a prisoner,
Now it stays willingly,
Leaving me with only the sight of other's smiles,
Take my heart and my soul,
Maybe you can make them breathe again...
Oxygen flows in and out of my lungs,
But life does not reside within my body,
Soon I will be breathing in another form of oxygen,
Brought by the ignition,
Slowly putting me to sleep,
Fumes consuming my lungs,
I'll be dead...
