Betrayed!!

I do not care,don't give a damn,
Of mistakes gone by,
We both screwed up
In different ways, this pain will not subside.

With every beat of my heart, i lived life just for you
I never strayed, i never lied, always i loved you.
For fourteen months i touch no one,
Nor did i touch you too.

With respect in my heart
I held my hands off you.
It was meant to be a fairytale
A real dream come true.

I've always tried to show you
That real love does exist
The words "i love you"
Were not back by a fist.

I knew about your past
The tears that you have cried
About how he hit you
About how they lied!

I just had to show you
That i was not like them
Taught to be a knight
That chivalry was not dead.

You were my little princess
I treated you as one
A priceless work of art
A one of a kind.

I feel so frigin stupid
About what i did for you
All my words meant nothing
You tore my heart in two.

Two weeks after we broke up
Thats when it fell apart
People started talking shit
and so our paths did part.

I don't know what to say
But I do know what to do
My life is at an end
I'll die because of you!

    Another bittersweet and heartache filled poem.
    I hope your ok hun. And it's true. In a way all the people who can relate to your work feel a little better that they are not the only ones going through this. But i wish you didn't have to go through it cos i don't think you deserve it..

    Wow another moving piece. You put so much emotion in to your poems which leaves the reader absolutely stunned. I loved this one too - just like i love the rest.

    Omg! This is such a sad poem! I mean I knew what you were going through had to be bad, but this poem says everything..what happened, how you're feeling! It's an amazing poem but I just have to say...you can not kill yourself. I don't know if you just put it because it's how you're feeling or you really will. But please please please don't do anything to hurt yourself! please I will cry if you do and I'm so not just saying that! Believe me! I will! :'-( I know we don't really know eachother but in a way I feel like I kinda do know you which will hurt me even more if you do anything! I do care about you!
    I have to go now but I will talk to you later okay...buh-bye!
