My lesson

She said she loved and missed me since the day we met,
Nor fighting, arguing or even mad did we get.
I fell for her with all my heart,
Even though we were SO far apart.
We spent so much time talking to each other,
I wanted her to be my future kids mother.
If she only knew how I feel,
Because my love for her still true and real.
I always thought our love will one day be,
Until recently when her boyfriend messaged me.
I had to sit and started to cry,
I even felt like I wanted to die.
Suddenly I laughed and laughed I did,
Because I realized her life was a great big FIB!!
Now I look into the mirror and smile today,
Can't blame myself, because all I did was give my heart away.
