You Promised

You promised not to hurt me but you did
you talk about love but you made this love dead

you promised to be always with me till the end
you talk about being a lover and you failed to be a friend

you promised not to break me and not to make me cry
you talk about truth and you live in a big lie

you promised to love me a love so true
you talk about fair and you even don't love me too

you promised to take care of me now and forever
you talk about me and you didn't really knew me ever

you promised not to go away without saying why
you talk about excuses and you already said goodbye
