3. Worldwar

by Mark   Nov 24, 2006

Children playing
In the dust of a war.
Families are praying
for the second world so raw

The afterlife is her
no one had a clue
not even the seer
that safety away from us blew

to rebuild our world
will be an impossible job
cause all over us bodies are hurled.
and the rest on the ground in an soulless mob.

Children are playing
in the dust of a war
dammed we are, all are saying.
Cause our last soldier gave up with a roar.

    Comment #2:
That was a very different poem for those who write about war but it was good. I like it a lot. Keep it up!
