Timeout

by Simply Josh   Nov 26, 2006

I once had a girl,
She was always there for me.
We had fun together,
As fun as it could be.

Although we had fun,
We still had some times.
Where we argued and fought,
But hey, there not crimes.

Then she left the country,
And my whole life turned around.
I'm now all alone,
Left lying on the ground.

I picked myself up,
And my world's been better.
We even communicated,
By phone and by letter.

But now I wonder,
If I'll ever find another.
Someone to comfort,
Or someone to bother.

But while I was alone,
I also figured out.
That it wasn't so bad,
Maybe you need a timeout.
