10 Tears

Cry on me as you lay by my side I'll cry to you in the middle of the night. Tell me how you feel, open up my dear. I want you to know I�m always near. Look behind you and say goodbye, you�re in my arms, there�s no need to cry. Look at me with your beautiful smile, touch my face, I began to cry.
One tear silently runs down my face, I�m once more, in this place.
Two tears slowly drifting, I can tell my heart is mending.
Three tears go down so softly, please promise I won�t be forgotten.
Four tears begin to drop; I remember how I was taught.
The fifth tear runs down my face, hopefully this time you�ll take a different place.
The sixth tear silently creeps, slowly I fall to my knees. I pray that this won�t end up, leaving me on a dead end road, searching and searching for evermore.
The seventh tear runs down my cheek, I hope my heart is yours to keep. Please take me, do not fear, forever more I will seek. The eight tear is now falling, I hope you see, my heart is calling. The 9th tear falling from my face, look at me, stand your place, whisper the words I want to hear, lets hold each others hearts so gentle and dear.
The 10th tear is the last I cry, for which I have no reason why. I�ll promise to you I�ll be by your side and with these words I hold way down deep, I promise to, forever keep�
