MY DANCE WITH THE DEVIL

by Navy SweetHeart   Nov 28, 2006

MY WORLD WAS SPINNING OUT OF CONTROL.
I WAS DOING THINGS I NEVER DREAMED OF DOING.
I WAS CUTTING SCHOOL,
AND ACTING LIKE A FOOL.

I THOUGHT I COULD END IT ALL WITH ONE DANCE WITH THE DEVIL.
SLITS ON MY WRISTS AND PILLS OF ALL SORTS.

I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING A FEELING I NEVER FELT BEFORE.
IT WAS LIKE MY OWN LITTLE WORLD AND I NEVER WANTED IT TO END.

I NEVER KNEW WHAT IT WAS DOING.
I WAS SLOWLY ENDING MY LIFE.
I WAS GIVING IN.

MY DANCE WITH THE DEVIL,
WAS KILLING ME FOR SURE
I HAD DECEIVED THE ONES WHO LOVED ME
AND THREW AWAY MY CHANCE OF BEING SAVED.

FOR ONE DANCE WITH THE DEVIL
