Sunset

Purples, pinks, and blues
spread across the sky,
The most beautiful sight
I've seen with my two eyes,

The sun was slowly setting
behind the rolling hills,
In the golden rays of light
were swaying daffodils,

Then within minutes
the beautiful colors were gone,
But not to worry because
they will be back at dawn.

    I think in the last stanza it should be 'they'll' to make it flow better. But it was a pretty poem with great rhymes and a nice picture. A true appreciation of nature.
