Airport love

by Iola   Dec 5, 2006

He travels the world and make love with work,
His suitcase his lover and friend.
His family thinks his a self-centered jerk,
But his craving for her never ends.

Alone on airports he touches a thought,
Sweet memories of her skin and blue eyes.
How on this earth did he ever get caught?
Her love just took him by surprise.

He buys her perfume and see her face,
With a smile he gets onto his plane.
The possibility of someone claiming his place,
Makes his lonely heart shoot with pain.

His flight takes off into the dark night,
And explode against moonlit rain.
The skies are filled with human plight,
As the aircraft plunges down in vain.

She sits at home and think of him,
Insatiably ready to declare her love.
Ecstatically wondering what this romance will bring,
As he stares down at her from up above ...
