I'm inlove with my bestfriend!

What do you do when one day you realize that you've fallen for your best friend?
He was the last person i thought I would fall for.
I'm confused
I don't know what to do.
He's the first person I look for when I walk in a room.
He's the first person I think of when my phone rings.
He's the first person that comes in my head when I get messeges.
I'm not sure if he knows, but....
I think he does.
I don't know if he has it back, but sometimes it seems like he does.
Alot of people ask"Are you guys going out?"
He looks at me, I say no, and 30 sec. later, he says no and look down.
What do I do?
I'm too scared of rejection.
