And the times that we shared
Even though you're moving away

We've screamed, we've played
We've laughed, we've cried
We've been best friends
We've lost, we've tried

I've found in you a best friend
A friend that I can count on
Now you're moving to the other side of the world
Now everything is going wrong

How can you move away from us
From all the people that love you
Now, I know you don't have much of a choice
But remember, our love is still true

    I don't normally like friendship poems for some reason but this one is so sad yet so loving.
    I think it gorgeous how best friends can stay together through thick and thin and even across the ocean..

    Aww...this is so sad. One of my friends moved away recently too, I know its hard to deal with, but true friends never really go away and there's always the "seeing them in the summer" thing. I hope everything goes ok, I hope you're doing alright, just PM me if you need someone to talk to cuz like I said, one of my close friends moved away last month and I cried :(. You're poem was beautifuland sweet by the way. 5/5.
