I've never really gotten over you
And honestly, I've never tried
I'm not willing to give you up
Even after you lied

I've never seen myself without you
And I don't want to start now
I'm crazy about you, I admit it
And to be faithful, I vow

You make me laugh so hard I cry
And you're the only person that gets me
I can tell you anything that's on my mind
And you see things in me others don't see

Even though you hurt me bad
I love you with my whole heart
And even though it hurts to be together
I cannot stand being apart

    This poem was fantastic. It captures the complications of relationships magnificently. It is often hard to make those decisions for what we think is best for us. I hope you let this person know how you feel and you work it out. You know I'm always here too :).
