Razor

by paige   Dec 12, 2006

Face down pillow tied.
trying to escape it but it wont seemed to die.
living a nightmare as it seems.
dying is now an option for her to chose.
she thinks wisely as she picks.
taking the razor real quick.
slipping it into her pocket as she leaves.
no one knowing what she is thinking.
her parents think shes OK.
her friends think she will be there the next day.

as the car stops, she runs to the door.
waiting at the front for the key to reach the lock.
as she is waiting ,she takes a look at the razor.
wondering how long she has till death.
finally,she is let in.

she runs up upstairs, skipping a couple.
takes a glance at everything she has
,and runs to the bathroom.
she takes pen and paper with her.
holding the pen in her shaky hands,
she writes her first word.

dear everyone i love,
once you find this note, i will probably be dead.
as you see, i decide to take the razor across my wrist.
you raised me well but i couldn't take this pain anymore.
it was slowly killing me inside everyday.
just one last word,i love you mom and dad.
love always,
your daughter.

she puts the pen down and folds the paper.
she takes a seat on the bathroom floor.
pulls the razor out from her pocket.
see the shiny edge just glaring at her.
slowly she decides, its a life or death choice now.
the blood pours down from her wrist.
drip by drip it hits the floor staining the rug.
5 more seconds,4 more seconds,3 more seconds,
2 more seconds,1 more second,0 seconds.
she is quickly put out of her misery.
