Bubbles

by angie   Dec 12, 2006

My pillow soaked in tears
as I blow bubbles in my mind.
One surrounding both of us
to float us off in time.

A majestic pearl swirl
containing only me and you,
drifting into another world
where only love shines through.

Oh, if only that could be
I wouldn't be crying all day long,
trying to let go of things
and giving up on being strong.

I'll let my tears saturate
while bubbles float away,
with every one that disappear
I let go of a little more pain.
