Grant Me This Wish

No more love
only hate
failing in life
redeeming faith
faith in God
faith in the Lord
my dear lord, Jesus
I do adore
some prayers go unanswered
but every night I pray
I pray for the ones around me
those I see everyday
I know I may ask for a lot
but my life is falling apart
I need you to help me through
you live within my heart
there's only one more question
and if you say "no" that's OK
but I would very much like to be with my Papa
in Heaven where he stays
I want to meet him there
I want to stay with him forever
please, God, grant me this wish
and never say "never"
