Just be You!

Everyone is unique,
not one person is the same
So why do we try so hard
to be "cool" and not so lame?

Who gets to decide what "cool" is?
being yourself should be cool
People need to express the real person inside,
without being thought a fool.

Everyone's who they are for a reason,
so don't try to be somebody you're not
Let everyone know who you really are
Go ahead and give it a shot!

    I like it, nice flow and rhymes and good message. With that said, I can't say the message is too terribly original, however true. If you could go about saying it in your own way, giving it a twist that shows your originality. Maybe some imagery or something. And Personally I'm not much a fan of rhyming unless done with a lot of skill, and these are very basic rhymes. Good job though..
