Accidentally In Love

How did you do it
Without my consent
You tripped me and I fell
Head over heals I went

This was not the plan
You're crossing all the lines
You're blurring them for me
For them I can no longer find

Resisting this is useless
My heals go no further in the ground
I tried to ignore it
But once again it was you I found

It's not that I'm not willing
It's just that I'm scared
What if you leave me
And I'm standing there bare

I'm still so young
I still have my innocence
I love you, but I can't
Does this make any sense?

I want to do this right
I don't want any regret
I'm accidentally in love
But I'm not ready yet

It's not that I'm not happy
Feeling all this for you
'Cause if anyone can make it
It will be us two

We just need to slow it down
It's moving oh so fast
I want to be seeing our future
Not reflecting on our past

So while I do love you
I don't want any regret
You see, I'm accidentally in love

    Wow. I still love this everytime I read it. It flows really well.. & It's so true for many people.. I can totally relate to this. My favorite stanza was;

    At first, honestly, I thought the flow was all off....but as I read on, it was a lot better, and I really really really liked it! You had some great catchy stanzas in it, and so many can relate I think. I know I can! I just enjoyed this poem so much!

    I love you, but I can't
    Does this make any sense?

    Those were my fav two lines, but it was awesome from there on out. I think that's when you really got into it!
