Mom, just like before

Mom, i\'m greatful for all that you\'ve done
for the great person you\'ve made me become
we\'ve faced many problems over the years
we\'ve been through alot of tears
but yet were still here today
as a family thats here to stay
i\'m not giving up, you never did
i want everything to be right, just like when i was a kid
everyone was happy, no tears needed to show
just all the love and happiness that makes this family grow
as i got older, i i got a little bit cold
but that\'s all going to change now..because of what ive been told
i\'m going to listen now, something i shoulda have done long before
and hopefully we can be a happy family once more.
i love you mom, and i always will
you\'ve given me one of the happiest feelings i can ever feel
