What I Think

I don't want smiling promises
When they're meant to be broken.
I don't want soothing words
If they're not to be spoken.

I don't need your pure hatred
When I can do better.
But somehow, I wish
That you would forget her.

I don't want your fake love
And your hard, plastic smile.
I don't need all the pain
That's been there all the while.

I don't need you at all,
Or that's what I think.
Catch me if I fall,
Because I might sink.
