What happened?

Sitting between your legs,
your fingertips through my hair,
my favourite movie is on TV,
but i dont really care.

all i do is stare at you,
amazed with both our luck,
everything is going so perfect,
as we continue to run a muck.

my mouth turns into a smile,
and then you make me laugh,
you light some candles at dinner,
and run me a hot bubble bath.

i wake up a few weeks later,
but nothing has stayed the same,
you get too over-protective,
but yet say Im the one to blame.

we are at each others throats,
and sick of fight after fight,
i give up on this relationship,
how can you think your always right?

what we had was special,
thats something i wont deny,
but after everything you put me through,
how can you sit there and lie?
