The Witches

by Vikas Tapan Bhadra   Jan 2, 2007

Witches on the run
Wanted only fun
Fun was what others deserved too
But it was their wishes that got renewed
Leaving quite a lot in a lurch
N they turned to religion
The mandir masjid and the church
Listen, Ohh people of the world
When will you understand the fact...
That these places were built with tact
To enlighten the glory of love
In the lives of people in whose loneliness
Had sought a contract
Contract that never ended
Pains of being single that never mended
These places are divine palaces of love
Understand that before it’s too late
For philosophies will never cease to exist
What will cease to exists is life
So while there is still life
And blood gushes through the veins
Don’t remain inane and listen to what is being drooled out
Listen to your heart
