Friends.. Regardless of age and differences
They scatter all around us.
We may have met them at social graces
Or spend some chat with on a bus.
There are some we've known since childhood
Shared our toys and dreams unknown.
Developed a special friendship and brotherhood
An assurance that we wont travel life on our own.
Some just came in as acquaintances
Parted undaunted laughter with us.
Deeply moved they'll take the chances
To be one of us without a fuss.
That's how we are, so young yet strong.
For our hearts knew, this is where we belong.
The knot we've tied will never break,
With God's strength, our bond will never go weak.
Our profound thanks to the Most Almighty
For giving us this friendship we truly long.
Forever we'll stand firm and be uptight
That we'll never part and only to God we belong.
