Dance Floor Heat;;

by CondescendingHeart   Jan 7, 2007

The music is going,
You feel the beat inside,
Dancing on the dance floor,
As your bodies collide.

Sweat rolls down your face,
As you know you've done your job,
Center of attention,
As your heart begins to throb.

You take a break to catch you breath,
And choke down that last drop,
Your mind grows dizzy,
But its never occurs to stop,

Grinding upon his body,
Feeling your hands shake,
The strobe light flashes,
As your feet begin to ache,

The air caresses your face,
As you step out side to smoke,
He sees you in perfection,
And trys to pop a joke,

Sooner then you know it,
You cant control you heart,
Though it beats a mile a minute,
As you see this man depart.

You couldn't dare to let him go,
But you knew you simply must,
Its time you now go home,
For hes no one you can trust.
