The Life so many loved

by ~**Sweetpea**~   Jan 7, 2007

He was a trooper
overcoming every surgery, he aced the test.
Though each time he had to go through the loops,
He always came home to his warm nest.

Then the cold came whistling in,
we recieved a dread
causing a deep grieving sin,
my Grandfatber was dead.

He\'d had the most incredible night,
eating dinner with the one he loved
Then only minutes later we\'d lost our light.
Even through our sadness, we knew he was above.

Then the cold came whistling in,
we recieved a dread
causing a deep grieving sin,
my Grandfatber was dead.

Our hearts hold close to him,
Remembering his smell.
Once he\'d left, our lives became dim.
There was no one left to tell.

Then the cold came whistling in,
we recieved a dread
causing a deep grieving sin,
my Grandfatber was dead.

Our lives have changed so much.
Feeling like starting over.
So many lives he could no longer touch.
Just remembering a single clover.

Then the cold came whistling in,
we recieved a dread
causing a deep grieving sin,
my Grandfatber was dead.

Feeling so lost and lonely,
I cry myself to sleep.

The cold came whistling in and we\'d lost.
