Hurting You (finished)

by Stephie   Jan 8, 2007

*ok, here's the finished version of hurting you*

hurting you i know i am, but i can't see another way through
i know what i am doing is so bad and i wish never to make you blue
i know if you were to find out and it would tear us apart
this one indulgence of mine would surely break your tender heart
not only break it but rip it to shreds i know how much it will hurt
so lets keep you in the dark while he slides up my skirt
not tell you anything because hurting you i never wish to do
i know its hypocritical to do this terribly thing to you
while you are safely at home i am carrying on behind you back
i truly am sorry i don't know why our relationship has become so slack
its not that he loves me and i don't love him
but our friendship is great, not stretched or thin
no reason can ever excuse this terrible crime
but im working at making it go away so we can all be fine
my darling i know i love you so much ill do anything
you have my heart controlled from a single string
but my body is another matter and indeed it is not right
i should never have begun this even though we fight
