Forbidden love

by Leanne   Jan 10, 2007

I sit and start to wonder
What this feeling means
The butterflies in my stomach
This is the happiest I've been

My cheeks begin to blush
I get a glint in my eye
A smile spreads across my face
I feel like i could fly

My knees begin to tremble
This can't be just a crush
When he calls my name
I feel a sudden rush

My heart screams out to me
take him as your lover
But i must contain my feelings
For he belongs to another.

Whoa! Dude! This guy .. whoosh.. Does the kid like you? If so you guys should go out.. or is this just a made-up story.. It can't be! There's so much emotion. This is a really great poem, it caught my eye because I have a poem with the exact same title. :) mines more of a love-hate. Yours is better. You did an amazing job at rhyming a flow...

    Excellent Poem Babe
