Were All Dead

by Jessica Lynn   Jan 10, 2007

Its been awhile, a couple of years.
Since we grew onto each other & whipped one another's tears.
So many laughs, so many cries.
We never thought we would be saying our goodbyes.

Years spent together.
We said we would be best friends forever.
Memories made.
Hoping everything would remain the same.

But life goes on and things do change.
But i never thought it would end this way.
With no words, with no smiles.
Its like were all a thousand of miles.

Ive always said I wouldn't know where I would be without use.
But now I know, I just don't show.

I cant believe this is really it.
We picked up our stuff and walked out the door.
Not wanting anymore.
Our friendship is shattered.
But i guess it doesn't matter.

We all said friends till the end.
The end has come and our new beginnings begun.

Were all so dead to the world.
And i say the world because the world is us.
Thats what we mean to each other!

I'am so glad that you found this
poem site believe it or not it helps.
    your poem is the best as always;
you said that,< YEARS SPEND TOGETHER BEST FRIENDS FOEVER>
Why does that have to change?
All the memories you guys have
    together. Nobody can take that
from you. things are diffent but
you guys are still friends. nobodys
    going anywhere.
life does go but you don't have to lose anything. just have to make adjustments to new things.

    here a quote for this:
    THE ONLY THING THAT STAY
    THE SAME IS CHANGE"
