Blackened skies
And broken smiles
This was the life that consumed me

Tattered promises
And well-thought lies
This was your will for me

Loss of interest
And slacking pride
This was the pain you caused me

Uncertain future
And lonely miles
This was the road you lead me

But no more will you seduce me
With your fake person
And lustful lips

No more will I let you have control
And constantly belittle me
With your subtle hints

I am now stronger
And to me, your cruelty is no longer
