Daddy's little girl

by XfromwithinX   Jan 13, 2007

Daddy's little girl looks up to her dad,
of that her daddy is very glad.
But behind her bedroom door,
she crys on her bedroom floor.
He sits downstairs not showing that he cares,
what she truly feels she never shares.
All daddy's show there daughters the way,
on the swings father and daughter play.
But for this little girl it's not the same,
for she only hangs her head in shame.
Sweet heart and poppet are a thing of the past,
she knew her happiness wouldn't last.
