Waiting

I used to sit and think
Of the times and fun we had
Now I feel my mind filling with nothing but time
Trying to figure out where I went wrong
You were someone who I thought was close
Someone who, for once, really mattered
I guess deep down you always will
But now the truth has come out
The pain has been spilled
The tears have been shed
You will always mean alot to me
Now I sit and hope a day will come soon
That you'll really see the truth.
Until then, I'll be sitting here waiting.
