What it\'s like

by Arora   Jan 16, 2007

First of all, it's being a younger sister and having everything blamed on you.

It's being forced to do something you've hated your whole life because your brothers doing it, and it's part of his dream.

It's wanting to make a difference and never being able to because you seem to need help with everything.

It's called being the baby of the family when there's a two year old cousin to go home to.

It's writing and drawing because it's the one that that will still keep you sane.

It's playing D.D.R. until your legs fall off.

It's doing everything--Nothing you've dreamed because you can't do what you want.

It's having a best friend die and not being able to go to his funeral.

It's watching your favorite musicals until your eyes cry blood.

It's not being able to be the person you saw yourself becoming your whole life.

And it's having the will and hope to keep going.

It's having the will to turn all your doubts and fears into confidence so you can prove to the world that you can succeed.

It's knowing that life comes with pain and pleasures.

It's being strong enough to stand on your own two feet without help from anyone.

And it's putting your two cents in, just for the record.

--This was written in my English 1Honors class... I am a freshman.. And. -- It was an assignment I was really proud of.
