When she smiles it's a happy one
But fake as can be
She's got such a big secret
That no one can see

She loves the partying
Getting drunk and having sex
Doing all kinds of drinking
Not knowing what's coming next

She likes having no plans
And feeling so free
She likes being the person
She promised never to be

But she doesn't like what she found out
When she went to the clinic today
She just sat there speechless
When she heard what the doctor had to say

How would she tell her mother
That she'd been having sex
Her mother had trusted her
And never would've guessed

Not only was she pregnant
But she didn't know who the father was
Because she'd been with a few guys
In the past couple of months

She doesn't tell anyone
And starts wearing baggy clothes
If she starst doing that early
No one will notice when she shows

She knew that she'd be on her own
No one to help her out
