Running Away

Maybe running away is the only answer.
just leave everything behind and forget.
get away from the life that's been killing me for so long.
and abandon the tears and pain from each night.

Run away to someplace beautiful.
where nobody will find me.
peace and quiet.
solitude.
perfection.
The only place I can be myself
and be happy.

No yelling. No fighting.
Nobody throwing my every mistake in my face.
Maybe I could find that place soon
and I could run away.
