Screaming changes nothing

The tears are flowing,
So much pain is growing,
Wanting to escape,
From this dreaded place,
Wanting to Scream,
But knowing,
Screaming changes nothing
Nothing, absolutely nothing
Calling out for someone
Anyone, but there is no-one
I told my self that it’s ok
But it is not ok.
