You Never Saw

I tried to save her
I watched her
Every tear
Every scream
No one ever saw
That glint in her eye
The dullness in her walk
The pain she felt
No one ever cared
She was alone
Never to be helped by
Hanging by a thread of life
Little hope to be seen
Till the thread of life brakes
All is gone
And a question that looms around everyone's head
Why didn't I see it happening?

    WOW. That my friend was AWESOME!!!! Really well penned, but I did find somewhat of an error:
    "Never to be helped by"
    Get rid of by; the next line doesn't seem to flow into the word by.
