Laughing with joy
Paint me happy
Like a little boy

A canvas to treasure
Paint me for memories that'll last forever

Paint my eyes
With sorrow and pain
Paint them brown
Reflecting summer's rain

Paint me a painting
A reflection of me
Paint the smile that you don't see

Paint me like I am
With colors of comfort and ease
Paint me happy, I beg of you please
