Battle of Depression

by Haitham   Jan 21, 2007

A gloom you feel day and night
with compassionate breaks between the fight. You want to leave, you want to get out, but the door is secured with a note about.

Pills make it worse, talking does no help, you are depressed now and sitting in bed.

Life is wonderful, life has soul
Yet you don't discover this until you're old.

Today is your day, the day is marked. The battle is all over, there's nothing to fight
A trophy is given made of stone
which has your name, and the date you were born. The battle is over, we have a winner
you're in your grave
depression makes life so much dimmer
